Plain language. Same standard as the app.

No BS Feelings Finder — Provider: ReMembered Technology, LLC (a Colorado limited liability company)

Effective date: August 1, 2026
the short version

The app keeps your stuff on your device. Your journal entries don't come to us — we never see them, unless you choose to paste something into a support message yourself. There are no ads, no trackers, no analytics SDKs, and we don't sell anything. Purchases go through Apple. If you write to support, we keep that conversation so we can help you. Anything you share — like connecting Apple Health — is your choice, and always opt-in. That's about it.

1. Who we are

ReMembered Technology, LLC makes the No BS Feelings Finder app (the "App"). This policy explains what happens to information when you use it.

2. The short answer: we don't collect your personal data

The App is local-first. The content you create — journal entries, queued phrases, settings — is stored on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, it syncs through Apple iCloud under Apple's privacy terms; it does not pass through our servers, and we cannot read it.

We do not operate analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs in the App, consistent with an Apple "Data Not Collected" label. We do not sell or share personal data.

That label describes the App itself. If you contact us for support, that happens through our website rather than inside the App, and §6 explains what we receive.

3. What stays on your device

  • Journal entries and reflections
  • Phrases you've queued or saved
  • App settings and preferences
  • Exported PDFs you generate (saved wherever you choose)

This data is under your control. Deleting the App or the data removes it from your device; iCloud copies are governed by your Apple settings.

The one exception is anything you choose to send us yourself. If you paste part of an entry into a support message, we receive what you wrote — see §6. The App never sends this content on its own.

4. Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We receive confirmation that a purchase occurred but not your payment card number or full billing details. Apple's handling of payment data is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

5. Beta program (TestFlight participants only)

If you take part in the beta and submit feedback through our forms, those forms collect the information you provide — typically your email address and your written feedback. This is handled outside the App via our web forms and is stored in our feedback systems (currently Google Sheets, with Resend for email) and used solely to improve the App. Beta participation is also subject to the Beta Confidentiality Agreement and the beta privacy terms.

6. Support requests

If you write to us for help, we receive and keep that conversation. Here is exactly what that means.

What we receive:

  • The email address you give us, so we can reply
  • Whatever you write in the message, in your own words
  • Any name you choose to provide
  • Basic technical details you tell us, such as your app version or device

We ask you not to include journal entries or personal reflections in a support message. We do not need them to help you, and unlike the content in the App, a support message is not private to your device. Our support form says so before you write.

If you do include personal content anyway, we treat it as part of the support conversation: we use it only to help you, we do not use it to train anything, and it is deleted as described in §11.

Attachments. Our support form does not accept file uploads. If you reply by email and attach a file, we do not download or store it.

How it reaches us. Support messages are delivered by email and stored in a private support system we operate. Replies you send go back to the same conversation. The service providers involved are:

  • Resend — delivers and receives support email
  • Supabase — stores the support conversation
  • Vercel — hosts our website and the form

These providers process this information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

What we do not do. We do not use support messages for advertising. We do not sell or share them. We do not connect them to anything inside the App, because we have no access to what is inside the App.

7. Sharing you control (all opt-in)

The App never shares your content on its own. Some optional, opt-in sharing may be available — for example, if you choose to connect Apple Health, you decide what is written there, and you can turn it off at any time. We only share when you explicitly turn a specific option on.

We may offer additional sharing or research opportunities in the future. If we do, we will update you of any changes and make explicit opt-ins available — nothing is shared or used for research unless you affirmatively choose it.

8. Crisis resources

The App may link to external crisis and support resources. We do not control those services and do not track whether or when you use them.

9. Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

10. AI features and tools

In the App. An AI-assisted feature is not currently active. If and when it launches, some information may be processed by a third-party AI provider to deliver the feature, and we will update this policy before that happens. Consistent with our design principle, any such feature is intended to support connection with people and professional care — never to replace it.

In support. We don't use AI to write replies to you — a person reads and answers every support message. We may use AI tools internally to help us organize and summarize incoming requests. Ticket content is not used to train AI models.

11. How long we keep things

We keep support conversations only as long as we need them to help you — through your request and a reasonable period afterward, in case you write back about the same problem — and then we delete them.

You can ask us to delete your support conversation sooner — see §13.

Content on your device is not subject to this. It stays until you delete it.

12. Data security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we do handle — primarily support requests and beta feedback. Access is limited to people who need it to respond to you. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Your rights

Because your primary data lives on your device, you control it directly — you can view, edit, export, or delete it within the App.

For information we hold — support requests and beta feedback — you may request access or deletion by contacting us. If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA; we will honor applicable requests. We do not sell or share personal information.

14. Intended for U.S. users

The App is offered in and operated from the United States and is not directed to users outside the U.S. Any information we process is handled in the U.S.

15. Changes

We may update this policy. We will revise the effective date and, for material changes, provide notice where appropriate.
